Service Description

For BEST results I work alongside you, guiding you every step of the way through the preparation of your home to sell. Artfully Arranged Staging will do an on site consultation, to help you determine a plan, layout and color scheme. You will receive a vision board of any additional staging materials that need to be brought in for a comprehensive look. You will receive a design proposal detailing the function of each room, as well as an action plan for both you and Artfully Arranged staging detailing what needs to be accomplished before staging day and what will take place during staging. On staging day Artfully Arranged Staging will prepare and photograph each room for maximum buyer impact, this may mean moving furniture. I will bring in home accessories, art and rugs, to be used in the stage. Any additional furniture that may be needed will be rented at the owners request.
